Summit Structures provides delivery at no charge to our customers. Free delivery and setup include one trip to the specified delivery location located within 35 odometer miles from the nearest Summit Structures Sales Center.
Set-up includes leveling the portable building with shims provided by the delivery driver, or suitable 4” flat solid concrete blocks available at the site and provided by the Customer. Anchoring is optional. The cost of anchoring depends on the size of the building and the number of anchors needed to meet code.

Floor
All buildings come with their treated 2x6 rim joists, 2x6 floor joists, and 4x6 treated/notched runners. 8' and 10' buildings have 2 4x6 notched runners with pressure-treated floor joists 16" on center. All 12' wide buildings have 4 runners. The floor decking is 3/4" LP tongue and groove...
