<p><br></p><p>Summit Structures provides delivery at no charge to our customers. Free delivery and setup include one trip to the specified delivery location located within 35 odometer miles from the nearest Summit Structures Sales Center.</p><p>Set-up includes leveling the portable building with shims provided by the delivery driver, or suitable 4” flat solid concrete blocks available at the site and provided by the Customer. Anchoring is optional. The cost of anchoring depends on the size of the building and the number of anchors needed to meet code.</p><p>Buildings are set at grade with ‘shims’ used to level the building. Drivers will not set a building above 12” from ground level without an extra cost. Wood or 4” flat solid concrete blocks above 12” in height may require extra time and material which the customer must agree to pay directly to the driver at the time of delivery. The driver will level the building when it is delivered initially. If the buildings settle after being loaded with belongings this is not a warranty issue. If the driver needs to go back to re-level, that will be a one-time free-of-charge service at our discretion.</p><p>There must be enough space for not only the building but also the truck and the trailer. There are some things to consider for the delivery of your building. The truck and trailer that will be delivering your building may be as much as 75’ in length and when loaded 16’ in height. Low archways may cause issues for the driver when entering the property. Low power lines and telephone line must be considered for the delivery of the building also. Adequate clearances require a minimum of five feet from any other structure or property line on any side of the portable building, and overhead clearance equal to the height of the portable building plus five feet. If the driver determines that there is not enough space, arrangements for another location must be made by the customer.</p><p>If another trip is necessary to make delivery, the customer will bear the entire cost of the subsequent delivery at the cost of $3.00 per mile (one way).</p><p>Delivery personnel are not responsible for the trimming of trees, clearing of brush or stumps, or the removal of fences &amp; gates or any other obstructions at the delivery site. Please use conservative judgment when considering ditches and/or tight access routes/turns on rural access roads.</p>

There is no credit check, and it only takes a few minutes! Simply complete an application and pay the first month's rent. Then, you receive your shed and make your monthly payments. At the end of your contract, the building is yours!</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Is there a credit check?</strong></h3><p>Signup for the rental program is not a long process. As such, there is no credit check required. Just provide a copy of your driver's license or state-issued id and complete our application.</p><p>Can I return the shed if I move or no longer need it?</p><p>As long as you are current on your payments, you may contact the rental company to have your shed returned at no penalty.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Can I pay off the contract early?</strong></h3><p>You can purchase your shed at any time with what is called a "no-penalty early payoff." You can have the freedom to choose how soon you own your Early Payoff option on your rental agreement. You can always get those exact payment amounts by contacting the rental company.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Are all the rental contracts for 36 months?</strong></h3><p>No. We also have 24, 48, and 60-month terms available. We also provide the option of making a larger down payment in order to reduce the monthly payment amounts. In our catalog and website, we only show the standard 36-month payment options. Each contract has slight differences in rates and payoff</p>

All 12' wide buildings have 4 runners. The floor decking is 3/4" LP tongue and groove flooring fastened down with 3" hot dipped galvanized nails.</p><p><br></p><h1>Walls</h1><p>All walls are framed with true 2x4s 16" on center. The corners are nailed together and the bottom plate is nailed to the floor. All framing is done with 3" hot dipped galvanized nails</p><p><br></p><h1>Roof</h1><p>All buildings are priced with a 30-year metal roof. We have standard metal colors to choose from to help you match your house or other buildings.
